ound Africa legacy in association with Sony and street football world.Zolani has a passion for human rights and is a member of Get up Stand up Campaign, a campaign that opposes xenophobia and racism. From 2011 to 2012, Zolani studied documentary filmmaking at the Big Fish School of Digital Filmmakingin Cape Town. In 2013 he received a certificate of recognition from the California Legislature Assembly in honour of his dedication to Orikitheatres at the 4th Annual Silicon Valley African film festival. The biggest highlight of his filmmaking career was he won the Professional Jury Award in France 2014, and Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition U.S House of Representatives. He has made films that have been shown all over the world and local film festival such as Encounters Film Festival, Tri Continental Film Festival, Silicon Valley Film Festival, Plein Sud film festival, Mpumalanga Short Film Festival, Jozi Film Festival amongst others. In 2018 Zolani worked at Cape Town TV as a studio intern and in 2019 he was part of an internship programme at Visual Impact Academy, In 2019, Zolani was employed at Cardova (pty)LTD as an assistant editor for shows such as Top Billing, Presenter search, The Taste Master, Pasella and the Insider SA. To date Zolani still working at Cardova and willing to spread his wings to other productions.
