Police were notified of the incident and swiftly responded. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the traffic officials involved had already left the scene. Information received and preliminary investigations by detectives led the team to a place in Klerksdorp, where the suspects’ official fi****ms were seized for forensic ballistic analysis.

The suspects are expected to appear in the Klerksdorp Magistrate’s Court on Thursday December 18 on charges of murder and defeating the ends of justice.
Major General (Dr) Naidoo commended the Klerksdorp Detectives police for their swift and effective response. Additionally, he thanked those who assisted the police with information that led to the arrest to ensure that justice is served.
