It was that day I vowed to myself that I would never again let my future be in the hands of another human being who bleeds like me. I transferred, got a job as an Overnight Janitor, and then found poetry by the grace of God. I knew after I wrote my 1st poem that making an IMPACT was what I was sent here to do. It’s been 5 years since then. I chose to do it this way so no one could make any excuses. UNDERSTAND that when you see my work that it’s ORGANIC and attached to nothing but SELF BELIEF, PASSION, RELENTLESS WORK, and most importantly GOD. That’s why it confuses people. This world is so used to being TOLD WHAT TO LIKE that when something “SELF PROCLAIMED” comes along it panics and discredits it. My secret? I focus on building with the people who support instead of arguing with those who don’t. It’s that simple. This is all music, all independent, all family, no tricks, MY WORDS, MY THOUGHTS, and just WORK. Relentless, obsessive and borderline psychotic amounts of work. Nothing this world has to offer motivates it. This is passion and love for what I do. This is IMPACT. Thank you all. Let’s continue IMPACTING people all over the world.
