FIRE's RELEASE STATEMENT.

This project comes in light of a struggle I had to endure with releasing new music for the past 3 to 4 years now.

Titled: Cannot Be Contained, it embodies my frustrations, my drive, the mentality in my neighborhood, last and certainly not least, the energy of where I am at currently! It is anchored around how I felt when I thought I was being held back by the forces around me. What I felt about these forces and what I ultimately did to make sure that today I can present you with new music.
Every lyric and bar has been properly thought through and intentionally placed. I have no doubt that a lover of abstract rap will appreciate this 4 track tape. It is a very refreshing sound, if I have to say so myself!

The idea behind it was to share the winning mentality that is prevalent in my area of KOSH. To portray how our environment in its gruesome state has turned most of us into militant individuals ready to conquer all obstacles we come across. To further assert that we are the tools we need to move us forward.
