📜 KLANKVAS GIVEAWAY — TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter is KlankVas, a South African entertainment and DJ service provider ("the Promoter").
2. Competition period
The competition opens on 11 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 28 October 2026.
Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
3. Who may enter
The competition is open to persons who:
Are 18 years or older;
Are residents of South Africa in the Gauteng area
Have a valid social-media account;
Complete the required entry steps during the competition period.
4. How to enter
To receive one valid entry, participants must:
Follow the KlankVas social-media page on the platform where they are entering;
Like the competition post; and
Comment "LEKKER LAWAAI" on the competition post.
Tagging friends and sharing the competition post are encouraged but are not compulsory and do not create additional entries.
Only one entry per person per platform will be accepted.
5. The prize
One winner will receive a KlankVas Standard "Musiek" Package, consisting of:
Up to 6 hours of professional DJ service;
A curated playlist customised to the winner's event and musical preferences;
Professional sound mixing;
High-quality music covering multiple genres;
Seamless music transitions and professional DJ service.
The package is intended for suitable private parties, birthdays, year-end functions, milestone celebrations, corporate functions and similar events, subject to KlankVas confirming that the event is suitable for the package.
The prize does not include additional services or equipment not specifically included in the Standard "Musiek" Package.
6. Prize conditions
The prize:
Is not transferable;
May not be exchanged for cash;
May not be sold or resold;
Cannot be exchanged for another KlankVas package;
Is subject to date and service availability;
Must be used within with in 6 months of the winner being notified.
The prize does not include additional travel, accommodation, venue costs or other expenses unless specifically confirmed in writing by KlankVas.
7. Location
The prize is available for events within KlankVas's normal service area, subject to confirmation of the venue and any applicable travel requirements.
Where an event falls outside the normal service area, KlankVas may, at its discretion, agree to provide the service subject to an additional travel charge agreed with the winner before the booking is confirmed.
8. Selecting the winner
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
The draw will take place after the competition closes.
The winner will be announced on 29 October 2026 via KlankVas's official social-media account.
9. Contacting the winner
KlankVas will contact the winner through the social-media account used to enter the competition.
The winner may be required to provide reasonable information to verify their eligibility and arrange fulfilment of the prize.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or refuses the prize, KlankVas reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
10. No purchase necessary
No purchase is required to enter the competition.
Entry is free.
11. Disqualification
KlankVas reserves the right to disqualify an entry where there is reasonable evidence of:
Fraudulent activity;
Multiple or duplicate entries contrary to these rules;
Use of fake or fraudulent accounts;
Manipulation of the competition;
Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
12. Social-media platforms
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
By entering, participants release the relevant social-media platforms from any liability arising from participation in the competition.
13. Personal information
Personal information supplied by the winner will only be used to verify the winner's eligibility, communicate with the winner and arrange fulfilment of the prize, subject to applicable South African privacy laws.
KlankVas will not require participants to provide unnecessary sensitive information in order to enter.
14. Competition rules
A copy of these Terms & Conditions will be made available by KlankVas to participants on request and without charge.
15. Promoter's decision
The Promoter's decision regarding the administration of the competition and the selection of the winner will be final, subject to applicable law.
16. Acceptance of these Terms
By entering the competition, participants confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
