You may think your pictures are good...but are they really!

Three points to consider:
1. If you not using a very angle lens you are really not unlocking the true spacial impression of a home/room/living area. Professionals shoot with DSLR equipment and the lens focal length range is from 9mm to 11mm which is getting close how the naked eye views in interior space.
2. Do person visiting real estate "Buy" platform really want to see the home owners tooth brush, face cloth, make up/ shaving items, scrubbing items hanging in the shower and the bath towels?...the answer is NO. We regards these items as clutter and distract the viewer from actually experiencing the space so apply the less is more rule.
3.Switching on the lights and reading lamps for interior spaces. Why...because they add mood and if you know how to balance the light, the effects are amazing. However, auto camera setting do no generally give you a good balance. professional real estate photography is the science of light in relation to duration time of the exposure incorporating available light and adding fill in light to balance dark areas. It is an art!
