Fear can hold you back one more day or it can give you courage to take that next step. Then faith steps in and takes the reins and love follows like a lost puppy. Time steps out of the way to make room for the king or queen. Ruling there life's in power and with gratitude. Holding on to God and his dream , looking for beauty around each ray of the sun.

To heal yourself dont need to take years. Its all about recognising your trauma, then embrace the hurt and accepting that it happened. Fill it with love and forgiveness and let the anger and hate go. Then become stronger in knowing that you are greater than that person that went through that trauma. Let the past not define you in a negative way but let it show how awesome you truly are. 😍
