☕🍫 Friday Feels: Boozy Chocochino 🍫☕
When coffee, chocolate, and a cheeky tot of whisky walk into your kitchen — you get this dreamy, steamy, Italian-inspired delight with a grown-up twist.
It’s rich. It’s creamy. It’s boozy. It’s basically a hug in a mug.

🕒 Ready in: Just 10 minutes (no passport needed for this Italian escape)
🛒 What you’ll need:
For that viral-worthy Dalgona crown:
2 Tbsp instant coffee
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp boiling water
For the liquid gold:
2 cups milk
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp cornflour
½ slab (50g) Indulge Collection 72% Dark Chocolate (bring on the drama)
½ slab (50g) Indulge Collection Milk Chocolate (because balance)
2 tots (50ml) whisky (your fave – go bold or go home)
About 2 cups brewed coffee
Finishing touch:
A light dusting of hot chocolate powder (fancy!)
🧑🍳 Method to the madness:
Whip it real good: Whisk the dalgona topping ingredients until thick, fluffy, and looking like a cloud of caffeine heaven. Set aside (but admire first).
Melt hearts & chocolate: In a saucepan, gently combine milk, cocoa powder, sugar and cornflour. Stir like you mean it until the sugar says goodbye.
Chocolate drop: Add those heavenly chunks of dark and milk chocolate and stir until melted into molten luxury.
Add the fun part: Pour a tot of whisky into each mug (no judging!).
Layer the love: Add your hot chocolate mix, then top it up with freshly brewed coffee. Stir. Sip. Smile.
Crown your creation: Spoon over that dalgona foam and dust with hot chocolate powder for the final flourish.
