Divorced Race..
There he is Sleeping stalemate on the Floor,
conscious, coughing blood as his Perpetrators escape through the door,
Chest looking like a Red Carpet,
He tries reaching for a phone to text his Friend,
But who do you trust when the one you had faith in stabs you in the Back?
Instead he reaches for the pen and pad dragging his body out of the Blood bath,
With his Last breath he said!
"Black man why do we fight for the recognition in the streets?
What can't we unite and seek to be free?,
Why is it that when a blackman aint no gangster you consider him weak?..
You shot me for what?so you can prove that you a Real G?
But what about my loved one,who is gonna feed my Kids?
You say your actions are fruits on fathers being Absentees
So if you redesign my body with bullet holes till your gun has an empty clip
Then how do you expect change and peace?
I did you no wrong yet you walked in and jumped me,
Turned my body into Target practice,
Your friends Consoled you and said you a Man,
Told you the whole world belongs in your hands
Foolish you were, not to realise that you just another Phase in the Government 's plan,
A real man Doesnt kill another man to be a Real man,
Instead he stands and fight against Violence,
He speaks up against the system and puts an end to the silence.
A real Man pulls another man and dust him up then Direct him to the right path,
A real man is not a Gangster
He doesnt stay by the streets selling crack
And he surely as hell doesnt stay out all night looking for a life to sn**ch!!
Instead a real Man eat what he rightfullly earned,
A life doesn't get lost for him to have cash,
No matter how hard it gets he doesnt take from Hand another man's bread,
Instead he asks for helps,
This Black to Black hatred needs to end,
How many bodies must be stacked in honour of Street cred?
They played us and we fell for them,
Instilled into our minds their own definition of a man,
Stripped us of unity so they can slither in and take from us while we stand f
