SECURITY ALERT — MY NAME AND SIGNATURE ARE BEING IMPERSONATED
Unauthorised senders are using my name and copied signature block with altered email addresses and contact details. Please do not assume an email is genuine because it appears to come from me or our company.
My correct email is [email protected] and my telephone number is 013 793 7783/ 013 7900 898. Before making a payment, sharing confidential information or acting on unusual instructions, phone me on a number you already know to be genuine, or our office on Office number, to confirm the matter and instructions. Do not use the contact details in a suspicious email.
FRAUD ALERT — EMAIL IMPERSONATION
We have become aware of emails purporting to come from Ronny of Esselens Engelbrechts Inc. The senders have copied his signature block with a similar signature block, but substituted different email addresses and contact details. These emails have also reached people who have no existing relationship with our company. These emails and numbers are not used nor known to Esselens Engelbrechts.
A familiar name, company logo or signature block does not prove that an email is genuine.
Before making any payment, sharing personal or confidential information, or acting on transaction instructions, please verify the communication directly with the our offices and our published details as per the LPC, the formal website. Verify, from your side: The sender's full name, email:, phone number, whatsapp contact details, verified telephone number, verified office
If anything appears unusual, phone a number you already know to be genuine or the verified office number above. Discuss the matter and confirm the sender’s identity, the transaction and the instructions before proceeding. Do not use contact details or links supplied in the suspicious email.
Do not reply to suspicious messages, open their attachments or make payments based on them. Please report them to [email protected]
