We really don't talk about it do we?

Jealous men and the lengths they will go to bring you down!

Men are extraordinarily emotional creatures, go argue with your ancestors. The propaganda that men are logical and women are emotional was perpetuated to silence any reasoning that came from women as the "ramblings of an irrational creature "instead of sound utterance. Mainly because it was a man's world.

You cant tell me creatures who waged wars over love(an emotion), who waged wars over lust(an emotion), who waged war of ego (You do know ego is linked to 7 emotions right). You cant tell me creatures such as those are NOT emotional.

You cant tell me that prisons are full of those incarcerated based on their logic. Some have unalived people because of emotion, rage is an emotion. Sadness is an emotion and many were in situations that evoked rage and sadness thus acted out the thoughts or impulses that had hidden.

Men are EMOTIONAL, hence when their advances are rejected some act out. Growing up, it was so common to hear how much of a w***e you are just for saying no to a man's advances. In his approach he would love bomb you from the word go, throwing in words such as "beautiful" in the mix. As soon as you reject him, you will be bashed with just how ugly you and how he was doing you a favour, how much of a w***e you and and and.

I wont stop preaching this word: Men are emotional.

You hear things like " don't make his angry or else we wont eat", ele lona talking about your own father! A full blown emotional bully in the house. Taking away necessities based on his mood(emotions). Punishing his OWN flesh and blood based on emotion. A logical man would never!

You hear your own brother saying he wont be with a woman who earns more because she will look down on him: his own insecurities and wanting to be dominant speaking.

Lona: Men are emotional. Again - go argue somewhere else.

Jealousy is a problem that men face but REFUSE to associate it with themselves. A full on campaign to paint jealousy as a woman's emotion worked. Now if you tell someone that your own husband or partner is jealous of you its so difficult to comprehend.

Anyhow bagolo - I could write a book but I need to pull back, logic dictates that I sleep now that its 02:47

Business is not easy but you have to take a step back outside of yourself.

My therapy is actually unearthing so many faults that I refused to acknowledge, more like, I refused to deal with them and now they are biting me in my cute butt.

Therapy to deal with business stress also showed that I must stop working as though I am an island. Yes my therapist is looking at situations like how I am so hard on myself, how I feel about certain triggers etc but also suggested I get the following:

My business needs:
1. I continuously need a business coach.
2. I need a mentor again
3. I need a financial advisor
4. I need an accountant
5. I need a personal assistance on a full time basic
6. I need a full time Business development Manager

I know this, this is all in my business plan, but Me, the one that literally writes out business plans did not visit my own business plan to guide me. Ke na le bo hypocritenyana weitse.

Im forever saying nye nye nye business plan, but didnt practice what I preach.

Going back to basics.

This is not only for business but also applies in life. You set out to accomplish something and then get mixed up in everything else, forgetting to look at your goals again!

With that said, I am NOT taking any more projects for the year of 2025. I have exactly 9 projects (Literacy, business consulting, estate agency, bakery amongst others) sitting on my desk at this point that, if truly dived into, can make:

1. A real difference in people's lives (Most important to me)
2. A chunk of money for my business.
3. A chunk of money for my clients.

So , if you missed me while I am potatoes, I am going to be chips. Pity you couldn't come along for the journey.

Get therapy! Just get help even if its not formal therapy, just get help.

As I prep for 2025, this year has taught me more than ANY OTHER YEAR EVER!

How invested are you?

This is an extract from a funding house:
"Shareholders/owners are expected to make a financial contribution:
- The contribution of historically disadvantaged people under special circumstances may be lowered, in which
case the (insert company name) will be prepared to extend finance in excess of the owner’s contribution."

When one wants to fuel their dream, they inevitably lose themselves in the opinion that no one wants to fund them. When we don't get the funding we want, we cry wolf but the question then is: WOULD YOU GIVE YOUR MONEY TO SOMEONE TO FUEL THEIR DREAM, YET THEY HAVE NOT INVESTED IN IT THEMSELVES?

Business is tricky, one cannot simply give you money when YOU haven't invested your own money into it.

The business of loaning money is high risk. Having been on both sides of the receiving end it only makes sense that NOT ALL DREAMS CAN BE FUNDED.

I took a business loan and due to foreseen and unforeseen circumstances, payments had been delayed. My creditor unfortunately was/is out of pocket. He sits out of pocket until I can clear it.

Imagine investing your own money into something that is not yours with no guarantee that you will get the money back! That's the business of funding houses and business loans; they take on risk and thus need to assess said risk for them to sustain their own business too.

So when you want funding, think clearly and ask: IS MY DREAM FEASIBLE! DOES IT MAKE ECONOMIC SENSE? WOULD I GIVE MONEY TO IT?

I see your bravado on social media but you would not tolerate most of what you say your partner must accept!
Be honest.
