The City of Mbombela Local Municipality invites the community and all interested parties to submit written comments and representations regarding the proposed 10-year extension of the existing water and sanitation concession agreement with Silulumanzi (RF) (Pty) Ltd, beyond its current expiry in 2029.

📌 Proposed duration: 10 years (120 months)
💧 Purpose: Continued provision, operation and management of water and sanitation services
📅 Comment deadline: 17 November 2026

The draft agreement and supporting documents will be available for public inspection at the municipal offices, official website and designated public access points.
