One seems to question the fact that South Africa is helping Botswana with its energy crisis. However, South Africa is not able to salvage its own energy crisis. Ask the residents of Riverlea in Johannesburg.

If you can make the country believe that the dollars under the mattress at your posh wilderness farm is not yours, you are a bad liar. If you want to make the world believe that the energy crisis in South Africa has been resolved and there is no load shedding, you are a plain idiot!

It seems that no one wants to run Johannesburg anymore. It is a burning coal in any politician's hands, too hot to handle! Thapelo Amad recently resigned.

When we literally take the law into our own hands, we pervert justice. In South Africa, it is becoming the rule rather than the law. A man suspected to be a thief was beaten to death by a mob who carried out their own verdict while the man professed to be innocent. Whilst he was beaten, the truth didn't matter to the angry mob. Lately, residents have been singing the praises of good cops as they die of natural causes. Loss of good, honest cops is a blow to every community in South Africa. If lawless men continue to rule the country, justice will perish and South Africa will become ungovernable.

It is with a sad heart that ENN sees the departure of the Councillor of Johannesburg Ward G7, Amelia Zama. Her relationship with the Ennerdale Community was just beginning to bear fruit on the eve of her resignation. It could be that pressure from the top tier might have given her a little boot out of the door. More on this story after consultation with the former Councillor.

The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) has been practising outside the boundaries of the law for more than a decade now. Nothing has been done in the way of arresting him because it suited the ruling party. We recall that Julius Malema was one of the men who ushered in Jacob Zuma as President. Suddenly, the actions of Julius Malema has grown to serious proportions because in the current economic climate, he is becoming a threat to economic stability. Maybe it is an issue of too little too late for the government.

Although the Innocence project has come through for Sidney Holmes, it seems that there is a flaw in the US justice system. Rubin "Hurricane" Holmes also received a practical life sentence for a crime he did not commit. The issue of reasonable doubt does not seem to come into play but the precept "that they all look the same" racist attitude prevails. The justice systems all over the world has to be adjusted to remove this racist perception.

I would like to log a call with the Councillor of Johannesburg Ward G7. I walked along the path next to the defunct railway overgrown with a vast jungle. That aside, I would not like to log a call with SANRAL but rather with our Mayor. It just so happened that I practically tripped over a lamppost and would have fallen down a manhole. It would have been lights out for me in James street.

Because of the lack of response of the South African Police Service to crime, mob justice prevails in Ennerdale. This will undoubtedly lead to an ungovernable state which leaves room for crime syndicates to prosper.

After reading and hearing reports on a group chat, a member of the group said: "Yeah, mob justice, that's what we need." However, this is what the Bible says:
Heb.6.10 - God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them.

When you see someone looking squeaky clean and Ennerdale looking like the city dump, you must suspect an imbalance!

The chairman of the EECF does not have all the support he believed he has. Let us put it to a vote.

Good morning, friends. It seems that the weather will have a great impact on events pertaining to the EECF (Ennerdale Extensions 1 & 2 Community Forum). Perhaps it has become time to think on their feet. With such a great responsibility as preventing cable theft, everything related to such has to be properly organised and not merely on chat groups.

The front runners all stumbled in the English Premier League this weekend with losses for Arsenal, Manchester City and Manchester United. The championship is far from being decided in the middle of the season.

Good evening, friends. Please forgive me for not communicating with the community of Ennerdale regularly. As ENN editor-in-chief, I find myself in a position where I have to take into account a conflict of interest. Suffice to say that the community can only benefit from unity. Petty squabbles, pride & jealousy never led to the achievement of any set goals. My criticism of the Councillor of Johannesburg Ward G7 is specifically based on her duty to the community. Nonetheless, I respect her and accept her as the rightful occupant of the position as Councillor. Her performance in serving the community must constantly come under scrutiny for her to fulfil her promises to the residents of Ennerdale.

Because Ennerdale is well known for division, it serves as a reminder of the Group Areas Act instituted under Apartheid. The difference being is that this division, although detrimental to all parties concerned run along the lines of economic and political priveleges. It seems that the residents across the road from the cable which is an item particularly attractive to thieves refuse to insure the safety of the cable and their homes. You can expect that housebreaking after the fact will be the cry coming from this "wealthy" section of Ennerdale. Until then, they are willing to ride the gravy train instituted by members of other sectors of the community of Ennerdale.
