MISSING: Grade 9 learner, Louisa Samuels from Middelburg, has been reported missing. She was last seen yesterday on her way to school but, unfortunately, never arrived. If anyone has any information about her whereabouts, please come forward and assist in helping her family find her. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
