John the Baptist knew who he was because he knew what had been written about him. He understood his assignment, carried what God had placed upon him, and had the humility to point people beyond himself to Christ.

You are part of God’s plan. Your life carries a mandate and is significant, and your assignment is to prepare the way for Christ through your life, your message, and your witness.

This Sunday, Prophet Griffith Makuse took us back to the beginning, to the childhood of Jesus.

Before the miracles, before the cross, there was a beginning. And at the centre of it all is Christ, our foundation.

📖 “For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.” — 1 Corinthians 3:11

We were reminded that faith is not built on blind belief, but on truth. Luke investigated the eyewitness accounts so that we could be certain of what we believe. From Zechariah’s doubt to Mary’s blessed belief, we see that God’s Word remains true even when our faith is tested.
