I’m excited to dive into these reads this year! Yes to more African authors! Goal is to read 8/12 books written by an African author - I have 3 lined up already, I need 5 more. Please send recommendations. Unfortunately, I’m not so much a fan of fiction, unless you have a recommendation that will change my perspective 😄

Yesterday, we attended the by Tumi Lebaka pre-launch and it was incredibly informative & insightful. This isn’t just another empowerment movement, but a platform that equips you with practical tools to scale & accelerate - can’t wait to see what the new year brings!

So CapCut has these cool AI templates that allows you to create AI generated stuff without actually prompting it. Really cool for someone who’s still experimenting with AI but very dangerous for viewers who can’t decipher AI content from real content. Interesting times ahead but maybe we need to educate ourselves about AI instead of shy away & hope it disappears, because it’s here to stay.

Remember to always leave a disclaimer on all AI generated content…

The Essentials! I wish .africa had the option for us to build our own 3-step routine box. My top selection would be:
1. Jelly Splash Cleanser
2. All glow’d up serum
3. The du-pont moisturiser
This is my fav combo in the summer. But because it doesn’t come in a bundle, I have to get each item separately. I hope they see this post and consider this idea 😄🤍
