Our Story

TW Publishers started out in Webster Tsenase’s bedroom back in 2010 after he had the strangest dream. He had been praying “What is my purpose? Please give me a dream” every night for 8 months and that night he finally had a dream. In the dream Webster was sitting on a chair with a table filled with books in front of him. He looked around and saw that people were around him everywhere, everything looked chaotic yet calm. He then woke up from that dream with a conviction and he just knew that he was to write and publish books and help others to publish their books as well.

Things began to fall into place after he had that dream. He was suddenly filled with the hunger to write a book on personal finances “Money Isn’t King, You Are”. He completed researching and writing the book in two years, he had rewritten it 10 times in those two years. It was then time to print his book, but he had no money to do so, Webster had never worked for anyone ever.

He prayed again “Please give me R250 to print 5 copies” and in a week, his Aunt suddenly called him and said “I hear you’ve written a book, I’m sending you R 500, I want a copy. You can keep the rest of the money”. Webster printed 10 copies and registered TW Publishers as an official business and the rest is history.

In the early years of TW Publishers, Webster did everything by himself, designed the company website, created the covers, designed book layouts, applied for ISBN numbers, created print-ready files, and over-time he quickly realized that in order to give his clients the best that he would have to work with the best. He started building partnerships with professional cover designers, typesetting designers, printers and software developers from all around the world. That allowed him to offer the best quality of services to his clients, no matter where they were.
