A CALL TO SERVE. A RESPONSIBILITY TO CARRY. A LIFE TO LIVE.
Today, we received the honour and responsibility of being ordained as Deacons House of Treasures Ministries , under the leadership of our spiritual father and mother, Apostle Apostle Felix Okoh and Pastor Bulelwa Okoh
1 Timothy 3:8–13 reminds us that a Deacon is not simply given a position, he is entrusted with a responsibility. A responsibility to live with integrity, to remain faithful, to lead his household well, to carry the mystery of our faith with a clear conscience, and to serve God’s people with humility.
We don’t take this appointment lightly. We are grateful for the trust, the covering, the teaching, the correction, and the opportunity to serve.
May our lives always be worthy of the assignment. May our service point people back to Jesus. And may we remain faithful with what has been placed in our hands.
“Those who do well as deacons will be rewarded with respect from others and will have increased confidence in their faith in Christ Jesus.”1 Timothy 3:13 NLT
