Do you ever wonder why others seem to succeed at achieving their goals? Does it bother you that you don't know your purpose? Or perhaps you feel unfulfilled by your current state of life.
It's ok to feel unfulfilled. It's part of the journey to self-discovery - as long as you make a decision to change things.
Let me tell you something you may not know or something you need to be reminded of. You were born to solve a problem in the world. You are God's response to a need he created on Earth.
Everyone came to Earth to solve a problem that exists in humanity.
Nobody is better than the other in this world. Nobody is superior - they just found the problem they were meant to solve. You were not born to make a living pay bills and then die. You are not like an insect that only lives for a few weeks and then dies. Did you know a mosquito has an average lifespan of 7 days and then it dies or a fly which lives for approx. 28 days? You are different and have been in existence for years. You were born to solve a problem on Earth.
Look at it this way; If you have a job, you get paid for the problems you solve. You don't get paid for money or work for money, you work to solve problems

The solution to finding fulfulment and pursuing your right purpose is to identify a problem that you need to solve. There is a ship that only you can steer, an idea that with your input can take off and impact the world.
How do you identify your unique skill?
What gift or skill do you have now that somebody can pay you for?
Are you a good at singing or playing a certain music instrument? You can provide voice ovvers or jingles for bloggers & content creators.
Are you good at accounting?
Are you good at fitness? How about creating a fitness brand, offering healthy snack tips?
Are you great with speaking to people? Perhaps creating content for Youtube is what you need to start doing?
Does anybody know about these talents and skills that you have?
Are you unemployed? Guess what, the world has more than half a billion people out of work - so you're not unique and definitely your situation won't stop the sun from setting.
Below is what I recommend:
1. Write down your goals, develop a plan of action to achieve those goals and followup on the plan of action.
Set Detailed, Measurable, and Realistic Goals
Without setting attainable goals and realistic deadlines for yourself, you’re going to spend a lot of time spinning your wheels. In my experience, it works best to set daily, weekly and monthly goals for yourself. This constant accountability helps you stick with both the short- and long-term objectives.
2. Take Action
If you are good in sales, don't wait for a recruiter to call you or the ideal salary - contact a company and offer your services for free for a week/month and show them you can bring in some sales and before you know it, they will give you a chance.
Have you developed a list of people or companies you can approach to pitch your business idea?
Quick questions I need you to answer?
When was the last time you contacted 50 people in one day to tell them about what you do or what you are good at?
When was the last time you sent 100 emails in a day looking for clients or showing them your products?
Maybe you say business is not your thing and you need a job or a promotion
When was the last time you called a recruitment agency or HR Manager and told them about your talents.
Don't wait for the recruiter to headhunt you on LinkedIn, take the initiative - you got nothing to lose.
Start taking action today...
Stop allowing people to place limitations on you (family, spouse, boss, society).
Stop putting limitations on yourself
3. Be resilient
Your ability to problem-solve and navigate around your obstacles will determine your level of success
4. Focus on your strengths and Outsource Your Weaknesses
Focus on what you're good at. You need to be doing only what you do best. The rest (e.g. admin, grpahic design), get somebody else to do it for you.
5. Get feedback along the way
Your goal is to build a product or service that provides value to people. So it’s important that you seek unbiased, outside feedback to make sure you’re building something that’s actually providing value to your customers.
It's all about Attitude, Approach and Action
