Gender Based Violence affects us all, whether directly or indirectly 🖤💜🩸

Today I'm standing in solidarity with all Woman and Children who has ever had to suffer in silence.

I've been a victim of GBV directly, I have also seen it done to Woman in my family first hand... I don't want my children to experience that EVER, not my daughter and not my Son and I sure wouldn't want my Son to one day raise his hand to any woman/girl.
Thank God for who he is and I can just continue to raise him and his Sister in the fear of The Lord and pray that they continue in that path.

Today I'm Blessed with a Man who'd rather protect me and our children and I've seen him protect and stepped into situations where other men were abusive to Woman as well... I've seen it happen and it was a tender moment not just for myself but also the Woman a stranger BUT a Sister - knowing someone cared enough to protect her too, even just for a moment 🙏❤️😭💜🖤

May more Men step up, may more Woman speak up and may more children have courage enough to step forward.

this is a not a "crisis"
