Sponsorship for Equipment Drive small business owners in Belhar.

As women of colour in small businesses we want to create a safe space for business owners in Belhar Cape Town to network and grow the wealth and job opportunity pool in the underdeveloped economic area.
We would like to create a business hub that will eventually enable entrepreneurs in the area to fund initiatives for the residents and upskill and employ youth in the area. In order to do this, we require equipment for our small businesses in order to upskill and promote growth opportunities for the youth and unemployed residents in our area. We will be hosting skills development workshops, information sessions, feeding schemes and so much
more.
We will do this in the following ways:
Three women-owned businesses, namely, Tasha's Photography, EMJ Photography, and Salon Bella Eve have recently collaborated in trying to accomplish this goal. We would like to host a Winter Gala event on 26 August 2023, to network with other small businesses, yet simultaneously raise the funds for the much-needed equipment.
As a sponsor, you will be named in all advertising as an official partner for the event.
We will be selling tickets to this auspicious event, In order to achieve our goal, we need assistance in acquiring
the following:
We require a venue first and foremost; we would love for you to consider us using your dining hall or
conference area to host this prestigious event.
Catering for a three-course meal
Elegant decor
Entertainment for the evening, (MC, live band, individual vocalist)
Prizes- rewards are given for attending the event, for example, vouchers or cellphones, anything is
welcome
A monetary donation is welcome but we in turn would like to showcase what businesses can offer.
This initiative will be mutually beneficial to all involved. Your company will be seen as a company that lends a
helping hand to the smaller unseen businesses out there.
