Battles fires over blue lights by the African National Congress Youth league Limpopo.

The African National Congress Youth league Limpopo firmly demand blue lights in the Limpopo provincial government to position it's representation,youth inclusiveness and to implement their congress mandate .

The call equally respond to the implementation of thier 26th national conference resolution that all provincial chairpersons must be appointed as members of executive council,as indicated in their media briefing at Frans Mohlala House, Polokwane.

The provincial executive committee further communicated that it resolved that government must appoint 50% in all boards of directors and call for review on already appointed boards, all the positions of youth offices in Limpopo province from districts to local municipalities must be held by young people to achieve the youth agenda.

HITMAN GO ON SHOOTING RANGE AFTER KILLING THE WRONG PERSON

Palesa Mofokeng(33) a teacher at a Sebokeng primary school was shot dead yesterday.

The woman was driving her boyfriend,s car, and hitmen who were looking for the boyfriend killed her by mistake.

The boyfriend was wanted for allegedly killing a taxi owner. Then the hitmen realized they killed the wrong person, and they went to a pub owned by the slain woman,s boyfriend. The boyfriend identified as Gift Setswana who owns Gee Lounge in Vaal was found inside his pub, and the hitmen shot and killed him. In the commotion, Gift,s friend who was sitting in the pub was also shot dead.

The killings are said to be a retaliation to the killing of a taxi owner.

A WOMAN LOSES HER LIFE AFTER GETTING STABBED MULTIPLE TIMES.

A woman identified as Lerato Shongoane passed away in the early hours of today at the local clinic premises.It is alleged that the deceased was stabbed by her alleged boyfriend just near one of the local tarvens.

As per the report received,the deceased was rushed to the local clinic by some of the community members where she succumbed to the injuries. As for now it is not clear as to whether the alleged suspect has been arrested.

Meanwhile the deceased Facebook profile is flooding with condolence posts and tags as the community,friends and family mourn her passing.Others have revealed their shock as they saw the deceased dancing happily at one of the local tarvens before being murdered.She is being described as a loving,down to earth and forever smiling individual.The community is further calling for justice for Lerato's death and asking when will Women continue being killed by their alleged partners as GBV cases continue to rise in all parts of South Africa.

BREAKING NEWS |Its alledgely reorted that a bus that was travelling to moria fell under a bridge and caught fire. Everyone who was inside the bus died.

A facebook user posted and said "Guys mokhi is a bus going to moria here at mamatlakala bridge everyone died it happened at pass 11 today😭"

TAXI DRIVER AND PASSENGER SHOT DEAD AT ESANGWENI

In the early hours of Tuesday, 27 February 2024, a male taxi driver and a female passenger were shot dead inside a taxi.

The incident happened at Limpopo Street near eSangweni Taxi Rank in Tembisa. The taxi was ferrying passengers from ESangweni to Alexandra and Sandton.

Unknown gunmen shot the taxi with a hail of bullets. It is reported that the gunmen were targeting the taxi driver and the passenger sitting at the front was caught in the crossfire.

Other passengers ran for their lives as the taxi was ambushed. Paramedics declared the taxi driver and passenger dead at the scene.

The motive for the shooting is unknown at this moment and the Tembisa South SAPS are investigating.

The taxi rank remains operational.
