Unfortunately it’s time to publicly call out elevenpast.co.za for the most horrendous customer service.
After years of supporting this South African business I have been monumentally let down after purchasing chairs in their Black Friday sale on 24 November 2023.
A 5-12 working day delivery time was advertised and when I queried the delivery on 5 Dec they advised that it would be delivered in the next week.
I had to send another query on 18 Dec and was advised container was delayed and delivery should take place by 22nd, at which stage I had to give an alternative delivery address due to holiday movements.

Since then ZERO replies to mails, ZERO response to request for refund and ZERO updates on where delivery is.

E-commerce is about CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was happy to be patient up until they stopped responding. It’s now 5 January 2024 and they have gone rogue.

Hellopeter here I come.
