She dreamed of being with Khalil, one of the most famous artists in the hood. In her mind, they shared a beautiful future together—but fear and the scars of her past kept her from ever approaching him.
This film is more than a story. It is a conversation about trauma, mental health, healing, and the courage of survivors.
The Sisters represent sisterhood, solidarity, and everyone who stands with women against gender-based violence. Long before it became common, we proudly supported the Purple Gang Movement and used film to raise awareness.
The future is one where women are safe, heard, respected, and empowered.
