# # # Key Responsibilities
- General building maintenance and repairs (internal and external)
- Painting, plaster patching, waterproofing touch-ups, minor tiling repairs
- Basic carpentry (doors, locks, hinges, ceilings and minor repairs)
- Minor plumbing assistance (leaks, taps, toilet mechanisms) *within scope and compliance*
- Work from snag lists and maintenance schedules to close out tasks on time
- Maintain quality workmanship, cleanliness, and safe working practices on site
- Report faults, material needs, and progress updates to management
- Assist with basic grounds upkeep/horticulture when required (clean-ups, trimming)
# # # Reporting / Admin
- Provide job updates (photos + brief notes) for tracking and client feedback
- Record materials used and complete basic checklists for job close-out/invoicing
# # # Minimum Requirements
- Trade Test certificate (building-related / general maintenance) – proof required
- Proven experience in general building maintenance (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good communication and professional conduct with clients
