Join us on this one-of-a-kind retreat to reflect, rewind, revive, rejuvenate, recharge, reboot, rethink or just relax, whatever it is you need. You may be suffering burnout or perhaps you’ve experienced a form of trauma. It could be a troubled relationship or a complicated life that doesn’t allow you room to breathe. Then it’s time for a break. Time for you to give attention to yourself.

inab Retreats offer an holistic, soul defining and self-care break. Different kinds of therapy sessions are offered during your 5-day retreat (none of which are compulsory) and you can be sure that it will be a slow-paced, non-invasive time-out, not only to work on whatever it is that’s not working for you, but for you to realise your personal value and abilities.

We follow a healthy diet plan and light exercise schedule during your stay, also optional. We have a few daily group activities, which we encourage all to attend – as these activities remind us of the value in mutual understanding, sharing and unpacking experiences.

Daily practices could include nature walks, some Mindful Movement, Tai Chi, Yin Yoga, Stress Release therapy, music and aroma therapy, massage, Astro Art etc. with qualified, experienced, and grounded women. As well as time for self-reflection, sunbathing and some pampering. (all inclusive, but optional for you to participate)

Inab Retreats take place only 6 times a year, and only offer space for 10 women at a time. (We advise that you make your booking well in advance). The venues of our private retreats are held at various appropriately selected resorts, private guest houses and luxury places of accommodation, where we are immersed in nature, feel free and can also enjoy a little opulence.
