Footcheck Records is a small record label from South Africa. Founded in 2005 by Lionel John in the small valley, Paarl.

Lionel John has over 16 years of experience performing live as an artist, over 11 years as a recording engineer & live engineer. He has recorded everything from spoken word to jazz and from rock n roll to metal.

We have an holistic approach to music. We not only focus on the instrument, but also how to work in a band setup, how to record, how to setup live sound, how to prepare for a performance and performing

Classes are presented by a musician performing for over 25 years who is also an internationally qualified sound engineer (live & studio) with experience of more than 20 years

These music classes are the first of its kind in South Africa, and there are only 10 spots available.
