This week, I’m working on breaking the habit of last-minute work and building the habit of gentle structure in my days. That means planning content earlier, setting clearer working hours, and allowing room for rest, without guilt🧘🏾‍♀️ Because sustainable growth needs habits that serve you, not burn you out.
