The Child and Family Welfare Society in Pietermaritzburg is appealing for donations to help strengthen security after being hit by burglaries for three consecutive weekends, with the most recent incidents taking place last weekend and again on Monday.

In the latest break-in, burglars removed infrastructure from the building while in the earlier incidents vehicles were broken into.
