I have my N1 and N2 qualifications in electronics coupled with 32 years experience in the Television Repair Industry. I started off as a trainee technician for Tele-Nurse in the 80s. I resigned from Tele=Nurse and joined a very popular and renowned company called Early Bird in the Eastern Transvaal . I continued as a work shop and field technician . I was then transferred to a branch in Pietermaritzburg my home town. After a few years I was offered a very lucrative position in a company called Tele-King. I continued to serve as a Senior Technician
In January 1999 I opened my own business called Tele-Classic which I directed and managed up until 2006.
In 2007 I was given first preference to purchase Tele-King and then merged the both businesses.
Over the years the television repair industry started to phase off which led me to branch out into the DSTV Industry. Since then I have received my level 3 certification from Multi-Choice as an accredited DSTV installer. I work closely with insurance companies regarding assessments for insurance claims on all DSTV systems and equipment including house hold appliances. We currently specialise in DSTV and Open View HD installations, maintenance contracts which covers different aspects of the installation , that is the Decoders, LNB ,dish, cabling etc from as little as R39 ,00 per month.
