🌹 LEGACY FM AT A LIFE-CHANGING WOMEN’S DAY CELEBRATION 🌹
“We don’t just broadcast — we build legacies.”
Legacy FM was honoured to be invited to a truly inspiring and life-changing Women’s Day celebration — a day filled with wisdom, compassion, courage, empowerment, faith and community.
Representing Legacy FM was our Station Manager, Ramasela Ruth Ralepelle (RRR), affectionately known as “The Cutest Auntie in the Universe”, alongside members of the Legacy FM family: Konka Boy, GG, VR6, Joseph Tema and Mrs Lizzy Moremi.
The day brought together remarkable voices who reminded us that building a better community requires all of us.
👵🏽 MS MATHABATHA — REPRESENTING THE OLD AGE HOME IN MOOKGOPHONG
Ms Mathabatha spoke passionately about the health and wellbeing of our senior citizens. She reminded us of the responsibility we carry towards our elderly loved ones and the importance of ensuring that they are not left isolated and alone at home.
Our senior citizens deserve dignity, companionship, care and love.
🌱 SERITHITHI — THE POWER OF FARMING
Our speaker from Serithithi reminded us of the incredible opportunities that exist in agriculture and the simple but powerful act of growing our own food.
A garden may begin with nothing more than a handful of soil and a seed, but with dedication, it can provide food, income, purpose and hope.
Sometimes, making a difference starts right in our own backyard.
❤️ MR PHASHA — PHASHA REHABILITATION CENTRE
Mr Phasha touched many hearts with a message that spoke directly to the realities faced by many families.
His work at the Phasha Rehabilitation Centre reminds us that rehabilitation, support, understanding and compassion can change lives.
Sometimes, the person best equipped to speak about a challenge is the person who has dedicated their life to helping families navigate it.
🚔 SAPS — SERVING WITH COURAGE
Sgt Nkanyamane, Sgt Machabaphala and Sgt Mohlabeng represented the South African Police Service with excellence.
They engaged with the community, answered questions with knowledge and patience, and demonstrated the importance of meaningful interaction between law enforcement and the people they serve.
To our officers on the frontline: may God continue to protect you, strengthen you and give you courage.
You carry a responsibility that requires our support, our respect and our prayers.
🎤 THEN CAME RRR — THE CUTEST AUNTIE IN THE UNIVERSE!

RRR took the Legacy FM message beyond the traditional boundaries of broadcasting and reminded everyone that Legacy FM belongs to the community.

👑 OUR OWN DAUGHTER OF THE SOIL — MS MATJEKE
Last, but certainly not least, we celebrate our own daughter of the soil, Face of Polokwane Miss Teen, Ms Matjeke.
Her moment of gratitude to her mother was deeply touching. Seeing the emotion in her eyes and hearing her acknowledge the woman who stood behind her reminded us of something powerful:
Behind many successful young people is someone who believed in them before the world noticed them.
Ms Matjeke is a young woman to watch — a force to be reckoned with and an inspiration to the next generation.
🙏🏽 A WORD OF FAITH
We also extend our sincere gratitude to Mrs Belly Molobi, whose powerful message reminded us of God's faithfulness and His ability to prepare a table for us even in the presence of our enemies.
Her message was a beautiful reminder that our journeys may not always be easy, but we must continue to trust God, prepare ourselves and walk boldly into what He has prepared for us.
