Evening commuters near Thavhani Mall in Thohoyandou were startled when a man, spinning his Mercedes, lost control and got stuck on an island at the intersection.

The incident quickly drew the attention of onlookers, who captured the footage now circulating online showing the driver attempting to manoeuvre the vehicle back onto the road.
