1- Season halfed tails with cujan spice, sprinkle salt to taste.
2 - Melt 200g butter in sauce pan, add teaspoon crushed garlic, dash of chopped coriander leaves.
3 - Fry tails meat down until medium brown.
4 - Add 75ml fresh cream, flip tails shell down, cover with lid and simmer 8 to 10 mins.
5 - Serve as desired.
