Excited to announce an opportunity for experienced Regional Sales Managers to join teams in Limpopo and Port Elizabeth

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage and develop Field Managers & BSS teams
• Drive regional sales targets and operational excellence
• Ensure licensing, compliance and database accuracy
• Analyse regional performance and implement action plans
• Manage budgets, resources and tools of trade
• Deliver strong alignment with Heineken Beverages
• Ensure full SOP, performance management and reporting compliance
• Spend time in trade (Tuesday–Saturday) to coach, guide and uplift performance

Requirements:
• 4–6 years FMCG sales & merchandising experience
• 4–6 years team management experience
• Strong leadership, coaching & communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
