We have a question: 🙋🏽‍♀️ “Hi Hi Roch, hope you good girl, love Askroch by the way! It’s my favourite! I have a question. There’s someone at work who constantly leaves their tasks until the last minute and then expects me to help them finish. I’ve helped them so many times that it’s become the norm and now my own work is starting to suffer.
Yesterday, I finally said no, and they made me feel like I was being selfish and not a team player. Now things are awkward between us.
Am I wrong for setting boundaries or should you always help a colleague when they need you? I just feel like this person took it too far now.”
