100KG’s + change

May not seem like much to the seasoned gym bro 😎 but this has been a goal of mine for quite some time.

Finally being able to hit (or must I say, *lift😉)the 100KG Deadlift, is a milestone for me and testament to my long journey and how far I have come.

| This is a standard Deadlift, with a ‘stiff-legged’ variation and floating in between each rep |

I aim to gain a bit more depth in the start of each pull/lift as this will greatly assist in the load I can lift and promote better form.
