Ntsako is a Christian content creator, researcher and HR professional with a passion for helping people discover God, understand His Word and live with purpose.
She is the founder of God Speaks, an online ministry born from her desire to share and teach the Word of God while reminding people that God still speaks and desires to have a relationship with every person. The heart behind the ministry is captured in its question: “God speaks. Are you listening?”
Through God Speaks, Ntsako creates content across YouTube, TikTok and blogging, using teaching, conversations, creative storytelling and art to encourage people in their faith. She also creates Christian art, using visual creativity as another way to communicate faith, biblical truths and the beauty of God. She serves in worship and prayer, particularly as an intercessor.
Outside of ministry, Ntsako has a strong passion for people and the workplace. She has a background in Industrial Psychology, having completed her Honours in Organisational Psychology, and currently works in HR. She is particularly passionate about employee wellness, wellbeing and healthy workplace cultures. She also has a deep love for research and understanding people, behaviour and what helps individuals and organisations thrive.
At the heart of everything she does is a desire to see people encounter God, grow in truth and realise that their lives have purpose.
