Jess Peens Properties powered by Keller Williams is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lead agent and the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Build, implement, and manage systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support.
-Oversee all contracts through to registration.
-Coordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of office equipment.
-Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries or complaints.
-Keep the lead agent informed of any problems or issues that need to be addressed.
-Hire, train, consult, and hold accountable all additional administrative team members.
Requirements:
- High school graduate, with a Bachelor's degree or Diploma preferred.
- Real estate experience preferred.
- 3-5 years of administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain performance.
- Service-oriented attitude and a proven ability to succeed.
