PORT ELIZABETH AND SURROUNDINGS HAS NEVER STOPPED PRODUCING LEADERS OF GREAT STATURE, AND HUMILITY...
Mr.Max Xolani Boqwana, a Port Elizabeth born aspiring leader from the dusty streets of Kwa Zakhele, where the nucleus of the struggle for the resistance against unjust laws of Apartheid government was characterised by the interaction of students from the (COSAS) Congress of the South African Students and (SASCO) South African Student Congress, in the central venue for meetings and interactive encounters, no where else, but at Enkuthazweni Community Resources Centre.
Apart from the misty future then, of the daily struggles for attainment of the just and free society, young leaders of the calibre of Sheya Kulati, Mlungisi Ncame, Lysender(Laysente) Boy Jijana, Lincoln Mali, Andile Yawa, Lulu Johnson, Peace Mlindi, Ncediso Captain, Siseko Lutywantsi, Lulamile Ngaka, Sheya Kulati, Richard Kasika and others …
The handing of the baton from the firebrands Mike Xego, Mzimasi Mngcotywa, and other Apartheid resisting leaders to this younger brood of student movement leaders was a very difficult one, and a very careful one to undertake, due to the level of intelligence activities aimed to infiltrate and break this chain reaction of leadership activism in the quest for better life for all.
As we see through the eye of the needle, it’s only the student environment Cosas and SASCO, that had managed to breed and develop an outstanding stratum of sensible leaders....We do have another set Azasco and PASMA.....In the nutshell, we salute the leaders that came to the struggle through these structures, not just pe*****te the revolution in the HIP(edywantsini) and see ones self a leader NOT EVEN KNOW IN THESE STRUCTURES.....To be continued.......
