Winter is here & so is comfort food.
Here is my low & slow beef stew. Would you cook this?

Ingredients:
Beef chuck or any meaty cut
4 potato’s & 3 carrots & 1 onion
Crushed garlic and ginger
Spices (2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp chilli spice, cumin, ground coriander and turmeric)
Beef stock with 4 tablespoons of brown vinegar
2 tablespoons Chinese spices

After a week off, I took the time to relax, organize and finally redid my office. The space was giving me the ick and I really didn’t want to spend anytime working there.
Did I do good? I wanted colour, inspiration and motivation.
