Entrepreneurship: understanding business performance and economical climate change that is affecting many small businesses.
Don’t close doors re invent your business model.
A simple way to understand that when business is in crises - you manage this to stabilise and recover , instead of having to deal with liquidation.
What can you do to stabilise and recover
1. Place notice on rotational staff hours reduced, keep key staff but reduced hours will assist in keeping costs lower and staff also having some income, but the target must still remain on sales and turnover performance from staff and business.
2. Watch your sale items carefully and it need to make calculated business sense, limit the sale numbers while stocks lasts or for a specific quantity.
3. Make arrangements with creditors for shortfall of your payments but keep upto date on the agreement to avoid legal action.
4. Reduce as many expenses that your company can save on spend eg:
- reduce time and travel, reduce fuel consumption all orders for work must be completed in one delivery or collection were possible.
- cut down staff lunches and business meeting lunches, cut down bonuses until the situation stabilises, rather implement a performance bonus based on the companies turnover and move meetings to an online platform.
- save on stationery, printing and post, implement more efficient technology systems.
- consider hiring or outsourcing project based jobs than employing full time staff.
- track and use your business expense to reduce taxes.

🎩 THE LOUIS VUITTON PRINCIPLE
How a 13-year-old farm boy walked 250 miles and became the trunk maker to an empress

Louis Vuitton’s childhood was not glamorous.

He was born in a remote village in rural France, a place where winters were harsh, opportunities were scarce, and survival meant working with your hands whether you wanted to or not.

When Louis was around 10, tragedy struck.
His mother died.
Not long after, his father passed away too.

By age 13, he was essentially on his own.

And he made a decision that would change not only his life but global fashion forever:

He started walking to Paris.

Not by carriage.
Not with money.
Not with a family to guide him.

Just walking.

The journey stretched more than 250 miles, and it did not take days or weeks. It took more than two years.
Not because he was slow, but because he had to stop constantly to work odd jobs for food and shelter.

He slept wherever he could.
He carried everything he owned on his back.
His shoes wore thin.
His clothes faded.
But he kept moving forward.

When he finally reached Paris at age 16, the city was rough, crowded, and rebuilding after years of turmoil. But Louis found work in a workshop sweeping floors, carrying boxes, and doing whatever the master craftsmen needed.

He showed up early.
Stayed late.
Learned quietly.
Watched everything.

And little by little, people started to notice.

His precision.
His discipline.
His eye for detail.

Within a few years, Louis Vuitton was recognized as one of the most skilled young artisans in the city.

Then came his breakthrough:

Empress Eugenie, the wife of Napoleon III, appointed him as her personal packer and trunk maker.

From a parentless boy walking alone across France to serving the most powerful woman in the country.
That appointment changed everything.

It built his reputation.
It opened doors.
It ignited the brand we now see in every major city on earth.

Louis Vuitton did not rise because of luck, privilege, or connections.

He rose because he kept moving forward, mile after mile, workshop after workshop, door after door, until skill met opportunity.

✨ The Lesson

Luxury was not born from wealth.
It was forged from a boy who refused to stop walking.

When you keep moving, even slowly and even painfully, one day the world will call you a genius for surviving what others quit.

Let’s meet startup business entrepreneur Keneilwe Mohlabane of Birmingham United Kingdom a passionate advocate for women’s health and empowerment of youth and boys.

Meet Keneilwe Mohlabane, Meet Keneilwe Mohlabane, who is from Birmingham and moved to United Kingdom decades ago, passionate advocate for women's health and empowerment including men's health. Keneilwe has launched her DIGNITY ORGANIC SANITARIES BUSINESS in UK this year 2025,, and excitedly looking forward to creating awareness and empowering men and women about the health and wealth that they offer. She is the proud ambassador of DIGNITY ORGANIC SANITARIES, a revolutionary line of organic sanitary products designed by South African IT Systems expert Dr. Vivian Mokome.

Her journey began in South Africa and has now expanded to the United Kingdom, where she launched her business in 2025 with a mission to create awareness and change lives.
Driven by a commitment to educate, empower, and elevate, Keneilwe exposes the hidden dangers of conventional sanitary products that often contain dioxins, bleach, and synthetic materials. These harmful substances are linked to a growing number of reproductive health challenges, including cervical cancer, dysmenorrhoea, fibroids, and endometriosis.
In contrast, DIGNITY ORGANIC SANITARY PADS AND PANTY LINERS offer a safe, natural, and effective alternative. Made from cotton, hydrogel, and an anion-infused infrared strip, these products are light, breathable, antibacterial, and promote healing. Through live demonstrations in schools, places of worship, marketplaces, and community events, Keneilwe shows the stark difference between organic and non-organic options.
Beyond health, Keneilwe is committed to financial empowerment. She encourages women to join a lucrative business opportunity—purchasing DIGNITY ORGANIC products at wholesale prices and reselling them for profit. After all, women have been buying pads for generations—but never with the chance to turn this necessity into a sustainable income.
Importantly, Keneilwe also educates men about the benefits of body liners infused with infrared anion strips, which help neutralise free radicals, reduce pain, improve libido, and support prostate health.

Healing Through Purpose: The Thanksgiving Impact Movement
Keneilwe’s life took a profound turn after the tragic passing of her son. From her grief, she birthed a global online movement:“THANKSGIVING IMPACT THROUGH JOY AND PAIN”, a Zoom-based initiative that honours his memory by sharing powerful, healing stories from guest speakers. The movement encourages emotional healing, resilience, and living with an attitude of gratitude, which Keneilwe believes is key to discovering one’s life purpose.

Restoring the Value of the Boy Child
As an extension of this mission, Keneilwe helped launch THE FORGE FOUNDATION in South Africa, inspired by the tireless work of Ms. Grace Mhlafu, who has selflessly cared for orphaned and rejected boys for over 20 years—without government support. The foundation is dedicated to restoring the value of the boy child in communities, creating a nurturing environment for young boys to thrive.

A Legacy of Impact
Before relocating to the UK, Keneilwe was a respected Maths and Science teacher and founder of a Youth Motivation Centre in South Africa. Her dedication to youth development, identity discovery, and community upliftment continues to inspire countless young people and adults alike to become the best versions of themselves.
Keneilwe’s life motto—"Pain is temporary, and there is always a powerful reason and purpose behind every painful and joyful season"—was spoken by her late son. These words now fuel her purpose-driven life.

Connect With Keneilwe
Keneilwe Mohlabane is more than a businesswoman—she is a movement maker, a healer, and a visionary who believes in turning pain into purpose, and purpose into impact. Whether through health advocacy, business empowerment, or emotional healing, Keneilwe is committed to changing lives—one pad, one person, and one purpose at a time.
