MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU)

1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this agreement is to establish a voluntary working relationship between IZee TV and the Presenter/Content Contributor for the development, promotion, and presentation of television, entertainment, arts, culture, drama, news, and online media content.

2. VOLUNTARY BASIS
2.1 The Presenter acknowledges that IZee TV currently operates on a voluntary basis and there is no fixed salary or guaranteed monthly payment structure.
2.2 Compensation shall only be earned through performance-based promotional targets as outlined in this agreement.

3. PERFORMANCE PAYMENT STRUCTURE
Facebook Engagement Target
3.1 A Presenter shall qualify for a once-off payment of R1,000 upon achieving:
1,000 engagements consisting of:
Likes
Comments
Shares/interactions
3.2 The target must be achieved within 60 days from the official publication date of the content on Facebook.

Multi-Platform Target
3.3 A Presenter shall qualify for a once-off payment of R1,000 upon achieving a combined total of:
2,500 engagements consisting of:
Likes
Comments
Shares/interactions
across the following platforms combined:
Facebook
TikTok
YouTube
3.4 The engagement target must be reached within 30 days from the official publication date of the content.
3.5 All engagement statistics shall be verified and approved by IZee TV management before payment is processed.

4. PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 All qualifying payments are once-off payments per approved content/project.
4.2 Payments shall be processed within 21 working days after:
Verification of engagement statistics; and
Confirmation by IZee TV management that targets have been achieved legitimately.
4.3 Any fake engagements, purchased followers, bots, or manipulated statistics shall result in disqualification from payment.

5. CONTENT & SCRIPT OWNERSHIP
5.1 The Presenter may develop and submit original scripts, show ideas, concepts, interviews, drama content, or television material.
5.2 Once the script or content is approved, produced, recorded, or published by IZee TV, the ownership rights of the production shall belong to:
Bhullas Target (Pty) Ltd / IZee TV
5.3 The Presenter agrees that IZee TV shall retain broadcasting, publishing, marketing, promotional, and distribution rights over the produced content.
5.4 The Presenter may still receive recognition/credits where applicable.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PRESENTER
The Presenter agrees to:
Conduct themselves professionally;
Promote IZee TV content responsibly;
Avoid hate speech, discrimination, or harmful conduct;
Produce quality and respectful content;
Meet agreed production timelines where possible.

7. TERMINATION
7.1 Either party may terminate this agreement through written notice.
7.2 IZee TV reserves the right to terminate participation in cases involving:
Misconduct
Fraudulent engagement activities
Damage to the IZee TV brand
Violation of this agreement

8. GENERAL AGREEMENT
8.1 This MOU does not constitute permanent employment.
8.2 This agreement serves as a collaboration and content contribution understanding between the parties.
8.3 Amendments to this agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
