They didn’t teach us how to think.
They taught us how to obey.
To sit still.
Raise our hand to speak.
Memorise, repeat, forget.
Call adults ‘sir’ even when they didn’t deserve it.
Prioritise grades over truth.
Conformity over creativity.
Authority over intuition.
They turned children into robots.
Or worse — zombies.
Because an awakened child is dangerous to a system built on control.
The ones who questioned the system weren’t ‘bad kids.’
They were the ones still alive
