I was only 12 when I got my first period. I remember being in this horrible pain and then It leaked through my jeans 👖

I knew something wasn’t right with how heavy it was, how young I was at that time and how many pain medications I took trying to ease the pain but nothing worked,it got worse as I reached my late teens,I knew something wasn’t right when I used to collapse almost every month at school during that time of the month,I would at times overdose on grandpa hoping it would work faster,it helped until in a few years,nothing would help. I was in an out on different Doctors trying to get to the bottom if this
The pain and the bleeding was uncontrollable. I’d generally feel unwell around the time of my period and eventually when I became sexually active it was painful after.

I remember often consulting with my GP about these issues who told me I needed to keep warm an rest,an this one time I consulted an was told iam having a miscarriage

I was now a college student when they had to perform a laparoscopy to see what was going on, they eventually did an it was confirmed I was diagnosed with endometriosis.

My initial reaction to finding out I had endometriosis was just calm but soon after I realised that i was now worsening an fact that it wasn’t curable, it became difficult.

I was 29 now when my umbilical issues started. This is something that has ruined my years an left me with this scar that doesn't wanna heal

At some point I was offered a full hysterectomy where I was told to take it or leave it. They told me they couldn’t help me other than with pain meds and contraception,I declined.
