We are looking for a trustworthy and experienced Office Orderly to join our team. He or she must be able to perform duties and responsibilities to create a conducive working environment.

*Duties and Responsibilities*
• Cleaning of all offices.
• Cleaning of rest rooms and workplace.
• Preparation of teas, washing of dishes and towels.
• Cleaning vehicles.
• Cleaning the yard and watering of plants.
- Replenishing of kitchen stocks from stores.
• Assist when there is need at the switchboard/reception area.
• Cooking.

*Qualifications and Experience*
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be able to pay attention to detail.
• Should be able to read and write.
• At least 5 o levels

*Duties and Responsibilities*
• Organize rights education and awareness orientation sessions
• Monitors and mentors the work of community volunteers.
• Provides legal assistance- legal advice, referrals, drafting of court papers and use of ADR to resolve disputes
• Compiles activity and donor reports for the district.

*Qualifications and Experience*
Skills and Competencies
• Must have basic knowledge on the law and human rights
• Ability to identify legal and human rights issues which need to be addressed through advocacy and lobbying.
• Knowledge of advocacy and citizen engagement will be an added advantage.
• Excellent people skills and ability to interact with marginalized and vulnerable communities.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English and the local language in the area where they will be based.

Position: Customer Services Officer

Reports to: Station/Duty Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Deliver a focused, high quality customer service by animating, leading and supervising the customer service agents, GSEO and Aircraft Handlers. Ensure the passenger and ramp services product is compliant to regulatory requirements, company policies and customer airline
procedures. Ensure compliance to customer airline’s safety, security & regulatory procedures

*Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience*
a) Degree in Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality or equivalent
b) 3 years’ experience in the Aviation industry is a must
c) Strong ability to multi-task, priorities and meet deadlines
d) Ensuring customer airlines on time performance and baggage requirements
e) Strong analytical skills
f) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
g) Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
h) Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
i) Ability to manage and develop staff
j) Revenue and cost sensitive
k) Sound knowledge of Manual handling procedures
l) Proficient in report writing, in plain and clear English

The IT Audit Manager is responsible for leading and managing the IT audit function within the organization. This includes planning and executing audits, developing, and implementing audit procedures, and reporting on audit findings. The IT Audit Manager must have a strong understanding of IT systems and controls, as well as auditing principles and practices.

*Education*
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or auditing

• Chartered Accounting Qualification

*Experience:*

• 5 years of experience in IT Audit.

• Experience in Business Negotiation.

• Experience working with international clients.

• Experience working remotely is an added advantage.

*Abilities:*
