Last Sunday, we managed to be in the same room with 70% of the entrepreneurs featured in our book, Rising from the Township. All we wanted to say was: Thank you for trusting us with your stories, for the time you gave us for the interviews, for pouring out all your ups and downs, your successes and failures in building your businesses, the lessons, the strategies, and for giving us your blessing to publish your journeys.

But we also had another ask (yes, we ask a lot)—that we journey together in placing this book in every home, school, university, and library in South Africa. And the room echoed with a resounding YES!

So, South Africa, we now appeal to you—help us make sure this book reaches every home, every school, and every library.

Here is why: Because somewhere in a township, a village or a farm, a young person is staring at the ceiling, wondering if their dreams are too big for where they come from. Because there is a future entrepreneur, a future leader, a future game-changer who just needs to see that it can be done. These stories are proof. They are a map, a spark, a mirror reflecting back possibility.
