Mohlatlego Victor Molele is an accomplished writer, producer, and creative writing educator with extensive experience across television, film, radio, and literature. He co-wrote and co-produced the acclaimed short film Mirror Mirror under M-Net’s New Directions initiative. The film was broadcast on both M-Net and SABC 1, where it was featured as the “Movie of the Week.” Victor later wrote and produced a feature-length comedy aired on Soweto TV and independently produced Heads or Tails, a short film currently being introduced to Gauteng schools with the support of the Gauteng Film Commission.

Victor holds a Master’s degree in Creative Writing for Film and Television from the University of Sheffield, UK, specializing in adaptation. His tutors consistently praised his exceptional ability to craft compelling dialogue. He also holds a Diploma in Scriptwriting from the Hollywood Scriptwriting Institute.

As a novelist, Victor has been nominated multiple times for the prestigious M-Net Literary Awards, with two of his novels shortlisted in consecutive years. His third novel, currently being adapted for screen, won the South African Literary Award (SALA) for Best Novel in 2010 and has been prescribed for undergraduate study at the University of Limpopo. Several of his dramatic texts are also included in school curricula.

In addition to his work in print and screen, Victor has written and produced numerous acclaimed radio plays broadcast nationally, with several rebroadcast due to popular demand.

Currently, he leads learnership and internship programmes that provide hands-on training in filmmaking for aspiring young creatives. These programmes engage learners at every stage of the production process, from concept development and scripting to directing and post-production. One notable outcome of this training is Khwela, a student-produced film showcasing the practical skills and storytelling techniques imparted under his mentorship.

Victor is also authoring a practical manual titled Practical Scriptwriting for Screenplay, Teleplay, and Radio Play, aimed at equipping emerging writers with accessible tools and techniques for writing across multiple formats.

Tsietsi Matlakala is an award-winning MC, stand-up comedian, theatre practitioner, and filmmaker whose vibrant career spans more than a decade in South Africa’s entertainment and creative arts industry. He first gained national recognition as the runner-up in the inaugural season of the SABC1 reality show So You Think You're Funny in 2009. A seasoned stage performer, Matlakala began his journey in theatre as an actor before expanding into writing and directing, earning a Naledi Award for Best Community Theatre Production in 2008.

A dynamic and sought-after MC, he has hosted a wide range of events—from corporate functions and government ceremonies to weddings, seminars, and cultural festivals—bringing humour, charisma, and professionalism to every stage. His television appearances include SABC1 My First, SABC2 Comedy Cabin, and SABC3 Funtix, alongside numerous engagements on various radio platforms.

Off-screen, Matlakala is a dedicated filmmaker and philanthropist. His YouTube-based social reality documentaries, Hlalanikahle: A Story of Hope and The People of Emalahleni, explore community resilience and social issues with empathy and authenticity. He is the founder of the Hlalanikahle Library of Hope Arts & Culture Class and has led impactful community initiatives, including food drives and blanket donations for the elderly. His contributions to social development have earned him prestigious accolades, including the South African Youth Award (2018) and the Mpumalanga Men’s Achievement Award (2022).
