🧡 This weekend we had our very first R67 Adult Adoption in celebration of Mandela Month 🧡

Mommy dog Sasha went home with puparoo Nelson - Sasha watched her own puppies all find forever homes in March, she’s been a mommy role model to so many puppies as she’s been so good with all the puppies AND finally she made an impression while being paired with puppy Nelson 🥰

Sasha came into our care in November 2024, heavily pregnant, after being found roaming the streets. She was picked up by a true animal lover who wanted nothing more than for her and her unborn babes to be safe. She appeared to have been injured, extremely thin and with tick bite fever 💔 She very quickly picked up weight, started trusting us and gave birth to her 7 gorgeous babies who all grew up very quickly and found themselves the very best homes.

Sasha isn’t just a rescue case who has waited patiently for her very own forever - SHE IS ALSO A HERO DOGGY 🩷 She helped save mommy dog Aubree’s life when Aubree too came into our care with severe tick bite fever who was in urgent need of a blood transfusion! 🥺

We knew before and then that she deserved the very best and we believe she has found exactly that with the Kotze family 😭🫶🏼

Thank you so much to the Kotze family for seeing her potential and giving an adult doggy a chance - not a single thing means more to us!

THANK YOU for changing her destiny! 💟💟💟 She’s going to have an absolute ball with puppy Nelson!
