Our client, a well-known store, is seeking a skilled and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead their team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of store operations, drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional customer service. 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and achieving sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include:
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
🟢Oversee store operations across all departments, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
🟢Manage shrinkage levels in line with company targets.
🟢Implement policies and procedures to minimize stock loss and enhance inventory control.
🟢Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive store sales.
🟢Recruit, train, and develop store employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
🟢Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive deals and maintain strong business relationships.
🟢Allocate budgets and manage store finances to optimize profitability.
🟢Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to implement improvements in customer satisfaction.
🟢Plan and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and attract new customers.
🟢Ensure high standards of store presentation, product quality, and customer service.
🟢Monitor market trends and competitor strategies, adjusting business plans accordingly.
🟢Set sales targets for the team and regularly review performance.
🟢Oversee HR functions, including staff management and disciplinary procedures.
🟢Lead and mentor assistant managers, developing their leadership skills.
🟢Foster teamwork and collaboration among store staff and management.
𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Degree or Diploma in , , , , or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience managing , with a proven track record of success.
Strong and team management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
