What an unforgettable journey! After powering over 8 incredible shows with the Ndlovu Youth Choir, we closed the Heritage Tour run with a spectacular finale at SunBet Arena in front of more than 7,000 people. 🎶🔥

📦 We’re Hiring: Warehouse & Logistics Manager at EPH Group 📦

Behind every seamless show is a warehouse and logistics team that ensures our premium gear moves with precision — and we’re looking for a leader to take this critical role forward.

✨ What you’ll do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring gear is prepped, maintained, and dispatched on time.
- Manage stock control, including RFID/Rentman tracking, flight cases, and quality checks.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for events — from loading trucks to on-site delivery and collection.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse crew and drivers.
- Ensure safety, efficiency, and organization in both storage and transport.
- Work closely with project managers and engineers to align warehouse readiness with event schedules.

💡 What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally in events/production.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of technical gear (audio, lighting, staging, LED) is a big advantage.
- Familiarity with rental management software (e.g., Rentman) is preferred.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and coordinate multiple moving parts.
- Hands-on attitude — willing to jump in when needed to keep things running smoothly.
