EPH Group is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team full-time in Pretoria.

This is a critical role within the company and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration and operational coordination of corporate events, conferences, festivals, activations, and live productions across South Africa.

Responsibilities:

✅ Preparing client quotations and proposals
✅ Processing invoices and statements
✅ Managing bookings and event schedules
✅ Coordinating freelance crew and technical staff
✅ Assisting with project administration and logistics
✅ Managing supplier and client communication
✅ Organizing and managing safety file
✅ Tracking job documentation and event paperwork
✅ Following up on outstanding payments where required
✅ Assisting management with operational planning
✅ General office administration and support

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 3 years administration experience
✔ Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office essential)
✔ Experience with quotations and invoicing systems
✔ Excellent telephone and email communication skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
✔ Reliable transport and valid driver’s licence preferred
✔ Event industry experience will be advantageous
✔ Experience with Rentman or similar event software will be advantageous

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for someone who is proactive, professional, highly organized, and capable of taking ownership of tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
